Appearance Policies Your request for an appearance, or speaking engagement will be forwarded directly to Miss Minnesota. She will check her availability, and contact you directly to work out details. Miss Minnesota MUST be accompanied by a chaperone at all times when making any appearance. Appearances can be for no more than four hours and must include a fifteen-minute break every two hours. The State Office must approve all appearances. Please Note: All media outlet directors must contact the State Office at 952-432-6758 for further details.
Fee/Compensation Policies Miss Minnesota does not require an appearance fee if you are a civic, community, non-profit or charity organization. We do ask that you cover travel expenses (mileage), meals & hotel (if appearance requires an over night stay.)
